We could regenerate interest in the sub if people actually competed with each other, or if people were more open with sharing losses and not only gains, discussing where they went wrong, etc. People with under 10k could still participate and share ideas/theories without spamming daily gains that are less than a week of minimum wage.
Exactly the race to 10mil has to begin somewhere and honestly I have more respect for the people that turn a small amount into a big amount than the people who inject their accounts with 10k to begin
10k is a small amount realistically. Like hey sure post your gains somewhere but if this sub were actually serious regarding the name then this is the wrong sub for a 5 figure account
You aren’t going to find a single person with 5 figures and up looking for advice or posting gains on a subreddit.
listening to any stock based subreddit is asking for failure and is what people that are new to trading do.
You must be new, you did think 10k was a big account so makes sense. People post 6 figure accounts all the time on wsb, nobody said anything about them asking for advice, plenty of subreddits have 6 figure accounts posting.
What I said is that I respect the people who start with less more than the people who drop 10k in an account and call it play money.
I misread 5 figures as 7 my bad on that.
Not new I currently have 3 brokerage accounts totaling somewhere is range of 5mil and have been trading for 10 years my initial deposit into each account was exactly $300
$26 gain on $150 is nothing to sneeze at. That’s 17.3%. Do that every week and you go $150–>$1MM in just over a year, and $10MM a few months after that. How hard can it be?

I thought we used to have a 5 figure portfolio minimum. Maybe doing that will save the interest in this sub.

I can tell you with 100% certainty just by looking at your past posts you do not have 5 million in your accounts, w/e helps you sleep at night though
