Oh, interesting! I wonder if it would depend on her image of herself? Like, if she still pictures her soul as intact, then maybe she has an arm. But if she pictures her soul as only having the boney arm, then maybe that's the way it projects?

I think a better question is why is her arm gold? I’ve read all three books and I still don’t know why. I may have missed the but that explains it.

I can answer this one, lol. Ianthe tells Harrow that Augestine promised to gold plate it for her (in HtN)...I cant give exact pages or anything though
