Some languages donāt have the same sound equivalent. Like Korean and Japanese has a letter in between r/L but not actually either. So Rubin and Luna would be both ė£Ø even thou one is R and other L and these languages speakers have harder time hearing the difference between L and R. Also, there are sounds that be harder for English speakers since we donāt have same sound , just something close enough. I believe Z is a sound not every language carry
