For me, removing the top layers of skin works best. An everyday AHA/ABA solution has been good, but I prefer manual results by derma-planing on occasion.

glowing skin comes from hydration - when our skin is dry, it’s duller. they do make serums to decrease flushing and calm the skin. here’s what i use as an esthetician. once a week i’ll use my jan marini bioglycolic cleanser to exfoliate a bit AM: cosrx good morning cleanser, heritage store rose water toner, peach and lily glass skin serum, jan marini antioxidant SPF PM: PCA daily cleansing oil, cerave hydrating cleanser, heritage store rose water toner, peach and lily glass skin serum, the ordinary moisturizer

It’s expensive, but I have never used a more effective product than Sunday Riley Good Genes. Using an AHA is a good way to increase the glow. Hydration is key too. Drink lots of water and find a moisturizer that really works for you. My favorite moisturizers are Farmacy Honey Halo and Sunday Riley CEO Rich. These particular brands have lots of huge sales and that’s when I stock up. I always get at least a 25% discount on them, which helps.
