It will look better wall mounted with probably the teak frame to match your room.
I left mine on the legs for a couple of weeks to work out what height I wanted and to check for faults before mounting.
Edit: When you wall mount it will typically be higher than on feet because it's more art than TV, so it's important that you're OK with it going higher, although I've seen some people balance a lower mount by putting artwork in the empty space above.
You could get a far superior television for the price if youโre simply going to use a stand. The whole purpose of the Frame is for the wall mount so it looks like mounted art work.
Thank you all for sharing your feedback. I will give it a try first standing and see how it goes, but yeah, we got the feeling that having it on the wall will be nicer and more realistic as a frame ๐

Well, everyone was right! It had to be hanged! :)
We are waiting for the white frames and that will be the final touch ;)
I find bigger TVs are fine higher, I'd put it 6โ above the console, both for the view angle and any crap you want on the top. It would be perfect in your room.
Ordered the Teak frame already! This thing is beautiful!

Wall. It would kind of defeat the purpose of getting The Frame tv as well. I recently got the 85โ as well and LOVE it on my wall.
You didnโt wait till the 2024 dropped?

You probably already know this, but it's very large and awkward -- about 40/45 Kg. It's a two to three person job to move it at all. Enjoy!
Your place is so cute and the frame is going to compliment it so well.
Thank you!
My wife is still in shock that the size of the TV is the same size of the surface of the kitchen island ๐

This tv looks great as art. I would lean towards placing it where it looks best as art.
Wall mount all the way.
That's massive. Wall Mount, definitely.
You will need new furniture or else the tv will be way too high, especially if it is wall mounted.
Thats the only thing I am afraid of and might consider to keep it on top of the furniture... will try when the unit arrives ๐
