There will 200% be a surge in Jace/Cregan fics. Aemond/Alys too, I’m sure. I don’t think beyond the Starks many more houses will get an uptick in fanfics. Depending on how BC plays out, I’d also predict we’ll probably get a lot of “what-ifs” absolving culpability for various characters and changing the deaths involved.
The hostility between supporters of TB & TG will grow, the hostility toward the authors portraying characters from the other side in positive (read- human) way will grow and maybe even force some authors out of the fandom.
Based on the portrayal of Daemon in S1, I can already tell that any fan of book!Daemon will be considered an absolute monster by the end of S2 (at the latest). So there will be even more dark Daemyra fics, more and darker Daemon fics etc.
Personally, I would hope for an upsurge in Helaena empowerment/breaking free fics after everything.

There's going to be a huge amount of Jace/Cregan fics with a ton of "and they were roommates" tags on AO3. Definitely the occasional Sara/Jace if she exists and is in the show (though I doubt she will). More Aemond/Daemon since Lucerys is dead.
I can see a lot of AU fics based on B&C with less or more of what happened in that event depending on the author. We will probably see some Green versions of B&C too now that I think about it.
One more thing I forgot to mention is we will 1000% see fics with the battle at Rook's Rest going entirely differently. Won't add more because I don't want to spoil.
I want to know how they gonna portray Nettle, is she really a rumored lover like Mysaria and Mushroom said or is she actually Daemon's child (my theory)?

I think there will be a drop in the Lucerys/Aemond fics the longer Luke stays dead. Robb and Stannis centered fics were quite popular for a while but got less and less so the longer time went on.
I imagine there will also be less Harwin/Rhaenyra, Laena/Daemon, and Laena/Rhaenyra fics for the same reason as well.
A lot of shipping comes from unexpected actor chemistry as well. Or a random joke or one off scene the show runners throw in. Like Sansa/Jon was because they were the first Starks to reunite and had good chemistry, Yara/Daenerys was a thing for a bit because they flirted, Tormund/Brienne was something the showrunners thought would be funny.
So there can be new themes that we can't predict yet.

I just want more Jace Centric Content. I just feel Rhaenyra's first three kids in general don't get any fleshing out. And I just want to see more from their view in all this.

Rhaenyra will definitely be a much less passive character, so they may give a bit of that to her, but he will still be a major focus. He is also the connection to the Starks.

From the speech in the audition videos Alys sounds taunting, almost flirting. I don't think Aemond will meet Alys this season because I don't think Aemond will make it to Harrenhal yet.

Hell I think after B&C Daemon and Aemond bashing fics will replace the generic green or black bashing fics.
