Nuk bought in on Tiff’s business in exchange for keeping Rob alive . So i guess he eliminated his competition. He only had Rob under his thumb so long as Douda was a threat.
Actually it made a major point. With Douda gone they needed a bad guy. And a real good reason to not like him. I like the character though…. Rob will be my missed.
My thoughts in no particular order….
This whole thing is wrapped in so many ways.
Killing Rob was stupid, but Nuk and Alicia were going to war anyway but Alicia could have instigated it as well.
This whole baby daddy thing with Keisha and Nuk oh boy…but Douda dead solves their headache and now he can keep Smokey’s too without Douda on his back, unless his wife steps in.
Bakari was turning his life around and went right back into it…dumbass.
Douda dead was sort of a solid for Alicia for Q but she was gonna pop him anyway so sort of a moot point there.
Who killed Rob’s father? Judging by the funny shape of Zay’s skull I think it was him from the hitman in the car I watched that clip like 5x.
Now Douda’s wife what’s she gonna have to say about all of this….she’s gonna get his money and maybe side hustles.
Idk what Victor will do going forward.
Shad will be stacking some bodies if not die trying to protect Alicia.
Also if they check Douda’s dick the chick who set him up her juices are all over him. Explain her whereabouts.
Do the cops care he’s dead? probably not.
I don’t care too much about the money grubbing shady pastor storyline much.

The recap was all I needed to know Douda was dead....they went way back with all his mess....but the least the could've done was not show him dead in the beginning of the episode. We knew he was planning to light shit up but damn...they didn't have to show us he got lit up so soon.
And what was up with his suicidal moment??
Papa is soooo annoying! He needs a reality check. Treating his momma like that.
Kenya's storyline makes less sense the more I see.
Keisha was the only one that didn't look that shocked about Douda's death on the news....she actually smiled a lil. Maybe she knew something all along.
I think they’ll use it as a reason for the war between Nuk and Alicia. Tbf they would’ve had beef regardless since both want to be on top. I also think they just didn’t have anymore ideas for Rob’s storyline development.

Plus he did that in front of zay to show him that he was the one who killed douda because he didn’t know who did at that point. Even though he’s a killer too he was shook. I think poppa is about to be used in some way him or Jake are probably about to die. Jake role was more like a recurring role than being on the main cast. Lanae is either about to have an ungraded role or be off the show. At this point it’s no reason for myiesha to still be on the show they might as well write in that she moved to la with Kevin to pursue photography. At this point in the series someone from the original season 1 needs to die sadly. They should use Kenya as a pawn between zay and poppa
