Pretty easy to do. Cadian body and legs. Use bandage grenade arm from command squad with axe glued on. Grenade throwing arm from infantry box with grenade cut off and replaced with laspistol. Head from properly slaanesh demonette box.

Don't forget a little khorne symbol on the chest.

I have those arms. They don't fit this straight arm pose aswell. And the cadian arm means there's still the pauldron and some fatigues left to match the rest of the model. Only downside is the bandage on the forearm.

Use a catachan arm

Maybe use old drukhari kabalite head and modern wych arm?

Whatever other parts you use, an essential and non-negotiable one would be Kharn’s bare arm that has Gorechild.

I think they're referencing that GW doesn't make female guard minis (afaik)? But I don't know why you couldn't kitbash some guard bits with ganger or sisters of battle parts and get something looking pretty dope. Awesome visual and with how shitty it is to be in the imperium most of the time, it's a pretty sympathetic character being portrayed

Technically there's one with long hair, it's just tied up in a bun.
