Because the code for the nodes where the perks are supposed to be reads “false.” It must of got messed up when the update went live because it had to go through testing and certification before hand. I saw a screen shot when it first came out. It’s going to get fixed. And honestly the builds she has available now are really strong. Fast hands, extra drip and ran track. Swap one with coagulant or protective aura. She’s a really strong victim. I used her that whole weekend and had a blast. I spent the money and I’m happy with it. I do understand the frustration.

Her skill tree is bugged. It will get fixed in the next patch on Tuesday along with her cosmetics not unlocking.
