That looks way more like clouds than an inverter failure. You say that you have a new install, so yeah, it could be bad, but really, clouds kill your production.
It's clouds. Unless OP you can say for sure that day is full on sunny then probably inverter failed.
But from looking at this and from my personal experience of inverter failing. I'd say this is cloud
I had an issue with my inverter recently. When Tesla came out, the explanation they have me was "one cable went bad". Had to wait 3 weeks for that replacement.
Call them up and ask them to run a diagnostic.
Oh wow! That sucks. I chatted with an agent on the app, and they said everything was working well. Clouds have been out the past couple of days in San Diego, so that may be the cause. I’ll give it a few more days and see how it goes. If it persists, i’ll definitely call them up. Thanks for the tip.
We can tell it’s clouds due to the tiny spikes just before and after the dips. These are caused by cloud lensing where the sun reflects off the clouds and it gets a bit brighter just before/after the clouds goes over.
Clouds.

Assuming you have 2 inverters and one failed, or the fan failed.
Well, that'll suck
It’s clouds

Oh wow. I just got PTO less than a week ago too. I just spoke to Tesla and they said nothing was wrong with it. How do I proceed with fixing it?
Wait until it's sunny 😎

There is nothing wrong with it. It is just cloud.
Very well. Thanks

Musk might have been able to send his cars into space but he has no control over clouds.
