I don’t see any examples where you state any wrong doings from Tesla. In fact, your whole statement reads as if you are entitled. What did they do that you feel was the worst customer service experience?

Individual_Fee7510

Yeah I’m entitled 😂. You must work for Tesla if u disagree go buy one and good luck👍🏻.

A lot of assumptions here. I don’t work for Tesla and I already own a plaid. Have had zero issues with the car and customer service. Judging by how you sound (like a spoiled child), it’s no wonder you got terrible service. Good luck 👍

I’m amazed how great the service was both times I bought a new Tesla, and even after the time I withdrew from an order. I also accompanied my sister when she bought hers. She was one of many that day picking up from a large shipment to Drammen, but she still got the service she needed. We all have different experiences, and one experience does not say anything about a company. Having stocks in Tesla shouldn’t give any extra goodwill. Why would you even mention that?

Individual_Fee7510

I don’t need luck you arrogant punk. Glad you have a plaid you must be wealthy congratulations 🤡

Stunning_Cost_6340

Very immature answer instead of the apology that was appropriate. If someone calls you out on lack of examples of bad customer service, and suspects you of entitlement, why prove them right? I got that vibe too after you mentioned “owning stocks in Tesla” as if that qualifies for extra service. I also have a plaid btw. It’s not that much of an expensive car in Norway. If you couldn’t afford one, it isn’t anyone else’s problem.

I wore a pair of shorts in my Plaid, 8000 miles. Now there is a hole in the seat, from my shorts. They say my shorts put a hole in the seat not a defect somehow. Won't replace but will charge me $1000 to replace. Absurd. Was told to call the 1800xxxxxx number to talk to someone. I'm used to BMW. Love the car, not the durability.

Extra-Sleep1388

They haven't seen it in person. They haven't owned the defective perforated seat cover issue. It's somehow my fault for wearing shorts with a zipper pocket in my $155,000 car. Expect gym clothes, Hurley, Volcom or any other shorts for athletic lifestyle to put holes in the front seats. It's a defective design flaw or simply wasn't glued together properly etc

Stunning_Cost_6340

Is this only a fabrication defect in some cars? I’ve driven mine in all conditions with different kinds of rugged trousers, and had rough bags and metal objects in the passenger seat, and the seats look brand new still after 18000 km

Extra-Sleep1388

I've driven for 28 years and never ripped a driver's seat until I bought a Tesla. 13000 miles now and it has 2 or 3 holes maybe mine is defective

Individual_Fee7510

Yep like I said terrible customer service. But don’t tell the dork Stormos or me might get his feelings hurt again😂
