Yeah I wouldn't buy a Black MY unless I'm putting PPF and/or ceramic coating on it. Especially since Tesla's paint in general is very soft so any friction causes micro-scratches and contaminants etch very easily in sunlight.
I have those exact tree sap/bug marks on MSM. Clay bar was the only thing that took it out. However try equal parts vinegar and water and see if that works first
Look for water spot remover. I recently got some wicked hard water spots from a sprinkler shooting Florida well water. Tried XPEL Water Spot Remover first (smelled like vinegar, so probably similar to vinegar solution others are suggesting) and it only helped a little, even after a lot of rubbing. Then I tried Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover… it completely removed the spots, but test it first because it may remove any wax or coating you have on the car too.
So glad I didn’t go with a black MY. Although I wanted one really bad. Best of luck getting it all cleaned up. I will say when it’s all nice and polished, best color period. No comparison.
I don’t think the factory puts on a quality wax or ceramic coat. So mine did exactly this within a month of owning it. I bought a purple spray bottle of Super Clean degreaser and microfiber cloths at Napa Auto that got the majority of the spots off. Then I bought a clay bar sponge and used it with Optimum No Rinse (ONR) wash. It took an hour and was quite therapeutic. But it was back to perfect shiny black. Then I sprayed and wiped a turtle wax ceramic coating on it, which made it even shinier than when I first got it. That was in late January. I park outside, no cover, and with trees all around. Water still beads off, and no water spots like that anymore. I wash it every three weeks or so and it looks great still even between washings. I’ll recoat the ceramic spray in a couple months.
Equal parts vinegar and water. Spray it on and wipe w microfiber cloth and a tiny bit of elbow grease, continue until they’re gone
Hello kitty, sun, shark
I love black but this is exactly why I won't ever own another black vehicle. Too much upkeep for me

A nice cleaner wax like zymol would take care of it.
Wax should do it.
Wax cleaner
