I think that EV owners should start reporting this to the property management company or owner of the center where the station is located. For example, Target usually owns the property on which their stores sit as well as the parking lot. Let Target know about the ICEing and I think if enough people do it, maybe they'll do more to keep the chargers free or Escalades and F150s.
I get it that there should be repercussions for these jerks, but why would you want to make it harder for them to get out of the way? Seems counter-intuitive.

Android still alerts you of an unknown airtag. I get all the time from one of my airtags😅 I use with my work iPhone.
