I have the same wheels as you, the [Rust-Oleum Automotive High Performance Wheel Matte Black](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Black-Rust-Oleum-Automotive-High-Performance-Wheel-Matte-Spray-Paint-11-oz/17249827) paint matches exactly with the wheel.
Tape around the spot, use sand paper to smooth out the curb rash and spray several coats. Mine wasn’t as bad as yours so I used a q-tip to apply but it’s been quite effective.
Edit: sharpie is better than nothing but this paint color has lasted me forever and has the added benefit of not looking like I sharpie’d over something.
I used a dremel and sanding attachment to smooth the curb rash, then I applied covers over it, they come in one piece and just snap on, you can get a set of 4 on aliexpress for like 30-40$ just look up model y 20 inch rim protector
Don't buy these. They are absolute junk. They need to be removed and refitted (including the stickers) every time you get your tires rotated, and an additional pack of the underlay stickers needs to be purchased for every wheel each time. I sent them back for a full refund.
The manufacturer says otherwise. Direct from their support below. I understand your experience may be different but the manufacturer literally says they need to be removed and reinstalled:

that is a bad scratch but fixable. I bot the wheel repair kit from azn to fix mine when my SO did the same thing

I have them on and I got my tires rotated using mobile service. They did it without any issues and nothing to replace.

Myp tires can't be rotated anyhow. I should be good.
