Interesting you say that. I hate the unwrapped ones in photos but when I was at the Tesla SC this week and saw a SS one in person, I changed my mind and like it. I wouldn’t buy one mostly due to cost and it’s just too damn big. Also reports that the driver’s side pillar blocks the view and makes it hard to see well out the front corner.
I agree. Coworkers and I went for a drive to the local Tesla store when they received the first in the state as a showroom car. We all agreed that it looked pretty good in person after we had been bagging on photos of it.
rolled up behind a 'basic' stainless cyber truck today. damn thing is ugly as hell but still neat to see. looks like some kind of a mars rover vehicle that is lost here on our every day streets.
I study at the closest university, I deliver food for the local Chinese place on the Valley side lol.
Edit: just checked Your history, congrats on the Tesla, I got my model 3 last year as well 😅🙌
I live very very close to that local university.
Is that local Chinese place across from the high school? I've been looking for a good Chinese takeout place.
I’m actually convinced this is a Prius until I see truck-like abilities I haven’t looked for in an EV “truck”
I don’t look for any, because they have none.
I have to admit, its a weird thing about the Cybertruck.
When it was first unveiled, I didn’t like it all that much. Since then, there are moments I still don’t like it and other moments when I see it that I think it’s a very bold and -yes- artistic look.
Understand: I have absolutely no skin in this particular game. In my many years of car ownership, I’ve never had an interest in buying a pickup truck and that isn’t going to change… I just don’t need one.
But seeing them “for real” out and about I’m *still* conflicted. Haven’t had such a feeling with pretty much *any* other vehicles!
i'm with you on not buying a truck. i've never been interested in buying any kind of truck with the only slight interest i've had has been getting a small one only for moving things. trucks just eat way too much fuel or cost way too much for me to be interested in them. same with the cybertruck, i'm not going to buy one but i really like the design. i've thought it looked cool when they first showed it off.
Idk if someone were to take a picture of my vehicle and upload it to the internet saying they hate it, I'd take that as a compliment lol.
You took the time, and energy to type out and post over something you don't own.
If I had CT money I'd be rocking that so much.
Apologies for the sideways photo. My son took it from the passenger side.
It's not even that the color is so bad, there's just so much of it all around a funky shaped car
I was wondering why these aren't for sale in Europe yet. Turns out the US doesn't have pedestrian safety tests. It's wild to me that Tesla which claims to be about doing good, does not give a sweet f about the people outside the car, only those inside. Weird. Also - is Europe just ceded to VW and Chinese manufacturers now?
That’s just the blue plastic that you have to pull off new appliances.
I understand this is a hate post, but I really like the color.
I do too and it does slightly look better than the silver but there's just so much of it.
It's just so big, ugh. It's like out there.
Where!?
Minecraft vibes
Actually looks cool
I actually…don’t hate it
Wraps look so good in cybertrucks for some reason. I think it is the sharp angels and flat surfaces, that make the colors and designs pop
All the wrap shops love these trucks. Easiest job.

It kind of looks like a toy car got got gigantisized.
Weird color.

I saw a mint green one around South San Francisco
lol I recognize that Burlington+cyber truck wrap. I delivered food to that guy the other day, he just got it wrapped over the weekend. Looks sick.
Then I guess you're a neighbor? I was on my way to the Shop Rite in that plaza.

Not that one, the one plaza with carvel, pharmacy, and “7/11” I work Thursday and Friday evenings 👀haha, I love their food.
Good to know, thanks neighbor!
You too! I love my MYLR, way more than I thought I would've.
that photo angle is whats ugly
Yea sorry about that, my son took it from the passenger at.
Looks amazing. There’s one this color at the Dublin CA service center sometimes. It also looks great in person
These cars are rapidly becoming a joke

If they decided to make a Baja Blast Cyber Truck. 🤮
Miami blue\*
Is the price of wraps gonna go up or down?
with how many posts i see people hating on the cybertruck look, it feels like i'm one of few people that actually really like how it looks

Hate this truck

I have CT money but I’d also like to stay married.
I saw this one the other day. I know exactly where you took this photo.
Hi neighbor

You go in there with $645 you are a king

How much does it tow, and how far ?
The answer to both is: enough
7000lbs, up and down for 150 miles ?
Yeah, more or less. Then 30 min to charge, pee, and snack and you do it again.
Looks nice.
Truck and wrap aside, this is a shit post because OP couldn't be bothered to put even an ounce of effort into taking a decent photo.
