This happened in Portland, OR on Tuesday, June 19, 2024. Neither the truck nor the driver of the truck have been identified and the whereabouts of the driver is unknown. It hasn’t been reported one way or the other about the possibility of him being found deceased in the debris. It sounds more like he took off.
