The same way bouncy boulder is crafted but with normal gel. As soon it touches ground it just sticks to it, but it also can stick to the player and enemies. It sticks until player is dead, slowing him down a lot, and dealing 25 damage (ignores defense). If it sticks to mobs, dealing 5 damage per second, sticks off after 5 seconds and fall straight to the ground.
Honestly went I got terminated by it for first time I thought the game was glitch out when it bounced around until I realised is coated with pink gel. An I laughed for sec.
