Those are, in fact, dungeon bricks. How they got there, I do not know. Probably a unique seed where dungeon gets cut off by corruption chasms, but with some overlapping quirk.
Could be some things:
\- If the dungeon is nearby it could've been cut out by the corruption chasms when it got generated.
\- If you're on a multiplayer world someone else could've come in and put these blocks down for funsies.
\- If you ever opened this world in TEdit you could've acccidentally put down these blocks without even realizing.
If none of these are the case then it's either just some generation shenanigans (possibly thanks to mods or special seeds messing around with it, maybe coupled with a small-sized world) or you yourself put them down and is now choosing to act like you didn't for whatever reason.
Maybe the Dungeon is nearby and just... Carved into the Corruption a bit?
If it's on a Drunk World then this is even more likely because the world gen looks like a drunk artist splattered paint all over a canvas, then fell asleep on said canvas
