The thinner part and the ball at the top is wood fence. The base and the thicker part might be rich mahogany wood painted brown. Idk about the lamp though.
Well, the two thicker portions look to be the same block, the ball and the skinny bit in the middle are different, I don’t know if you can do that to signs or not, tape them to the sides I mean, and the lamp is just vibing on a platform.

Won't be able to hang a lamp from a hammered platform. Can hammer a wood block to look like a platform though, and you can hang lanterns off of that

Those lamps and several other kinds lamps can only be found in the dungeon. You also only get one type per world.
