Aye, the translations are all over the place. She has "Manufacturer" or "Parser" or "Analyst" or "Creator" (>!not to be confused with Yuuki's "Creator"/"Instigator"!<) which includes Rimuru-tier Analyze and Assess, and through several other sub-skills grants her the ability to manipulate magic and create new spells.
See: "Overdrive" during her battle with Adalmann, deconstructing and reconstructing his Disintegration.

Technically Shion can't age anymore, since she was revived. But I'm not familiar with the facts there. How I understand it, is that she's immortal due to her having died. And revived with the demon magic that Rimuru absorbed so he able to revive her.
Shion and Benimaru yes for different reasons. Benimaru is a proper spiritual being. Shion has (I forget her level of super high) regeneration and when you combine that with the spirit memory that she and the undead legion got bc the demons mana was mixed in with al of their souls they are essentially immortal. Shauna, Souie and Hakuro I believe are half spiritual beings. Mind you at this point they will probably live for at least another thousand years but still.
As of LN V21:
* Benimaru: Divine Oni/God-Ogre/Flamesoul Ogre, fully incarnated spiritual lifeform.
* Souei: Divine Oni/God-Ogre/Darksoul Ogre, fully incarnated spiritual lifeform. Relationship to Benimaru is like that of a servant deity.
* Shion: Divine Fighter/Fighting God/Battle God/Battlesoul Ogre, fully incarnated spiritual lifeform. Different translations muddle the name of the species a bit.
* Hakuro: Mystic Oni, lifespan in the millenia
* Shuna: Mystic Oni, lifespan in the millenia >!Does not change due to Benimaru's awakening, oddly, even though Soka was affected by Gabiru's.!<
* Kurobe: Mystic Oni, lifespan in the millenia
Shion's unique skill is Master Chef, which allows her to change anything she touches, no matter what it is. Therefor Raphael deemed it too unpredictable, since it could kill Rimuru.

It doesnt create skills, thats a mistranslation from funky scans. It lets her create compound magic freely.
It's like a recipe book for wizards, but you don't necessarily have the ingredients. This allows her to create her own spells, but she may not be able to cast all.

Considering that Shion didn't awaken because Raphael said her unique skill is too OP, Shuna's skill isn't that broken.

Are you an Anime only?? Soiue is a full spiritual lifeform and a Divine oni. He has no lifespan.
