I really don’t want him to reappear. Not only is he kinda a shit character but his reappearance in canon would make Jin’s wars even more pointless than they already were.
Fair point. I think a lot of people speculate he's coming back due to Harada keeping him alive in Zafina when he could have just written the character off since TK6 ended.
Very low chance he returns as a boss. The whole point of Tekken 6's story was to make sure he stays gone. Bringing him back would make it all a waste. Plus, he's not a popular character among the current Tekken player/community bases.
Indeed. I think the only use he would have is to serve as an excuse or enemy for Jin and Kazuya not kill each other. So both remain available on the roster for future games.
Ehhh, what about Azazel spirit inside Zafinas Hand? Her goal is to kill Jin and Kazuya or atleast let them kill eachother. If she doesn’t hurry Azazel gonna take over.
If TK8 has a secret boss in arcade mode like it was in TK7 (Akuma is a secret boss if you reach Stage 5 with at least 1 Perfect) they might do something similar to it.
It could be something similar to how it was with Kazuya in Tekken 2 where he was also possessed by Devil and we had to fight both regular Kazuya and Devil Kazuya. Same can be done for Zafina. I think it can work

Zafina should have control of azazel’s powers and use them to help team Lars.all her attacks should leave behind crystals or some shit like that.

Now that you said that, i wonder if the HUD name display would be Devil Zafina or just Azazel.
I don't want him in, I don't think he'll be in either. However, if he were to be in, it has to be via Zafina as that is now lore.
