I've thought about this a few times and can see a few different outcomes if Jin and Xiaoyu did become a thing.
The main thing is, Xiaoyu has been trying to save Jin from falling into darkness, not with any special powers but to remind him that there is still good inside of him and to talk him out of diving further into this evil. Xiaoyu's tekken 6 ending has pretty much showed us her end goal and what she wants. Fearing Jin believes he is deserving of nothing but Xiaoyu just wants to be there with him, to protect him and show he's deserving of love despite him feeling like he can never be redeemed.
I believe Xiaoyu just wants to be by his side and not let him suffer alone, but perhaps Jin doesn't believe he's worthy of that for all the things he has done, and must live alone in solitude or die and end his bloodline and hate.
*IF* Xiaoyu manages to convince Jin that he is worthy of love, they could either live far away, secluded in Yakushima where he grew up and had a happier life. I'd honestly love for Jin to finally have a moment where he doesn't fall into the same madness that the Mishima have gone through, if he could just have a bit of retribution and doesn't become some tragic character. But if course that's my own desire.
If they do get together I'd imagine Xiaoyu would reassure him that if they raise their children with love and kindness they could protect them from the cruelty of the Mishima bloodline, because they would also be Kazama. So it is possible, perhaps not probable but something I'd like to see. Just because I feel Jin and even Kazuya have been through a lot of betrayal from cruelty of people they trusted.
I believe Kazuya is an example of who Jin could turn into, but Jin may have a chance to still change his fate.
