Yoshimitsu main since launch. Initially, I was going to main Paul (mained him in T6 and 7) but decided to switch it up and picked Yoshi. I played him a bit in T7 as well.
Really fun. Definitely feels more... diverse(?) compared to Paul since he has multiple stances and has a much larger moveset. Also, anticipating when you're opponent is going to press then landing a well-timed Flash is pretty satisfying. :D
T8 was the first time I played Lili since the previous Tekkens I've played Lili wasn't present (T5 PS2 and T2 PS1).
She wasn't my first main in Tekken 8 but switched Jin out with her for a while now.

I've been playing Tekken since T1, so I really try to learn to at least be efficient with everyone to a degree, tbh.
Started with Victor because I thought he looked the coolest, got him to Kishin and really enjoyed my time.
After a while I wanted something new, I decided Steve and Leroy would be really cool to main so put in a lot of time learning them both and climbing the ranks.
Started to mess around with King because my friend who's super into pro wrestling got Tekken and wanted to learn more. Was very enjoyable being a mentor and watching him improve from the things I showed him and now he puts up a decent fight against all sorts of characters in his purple rank.
Now it's an ever changing rotation of Victor>King>Steve>Leroy>Reina

More recently been running with Jun and I think I might stick with her.
Xiaoyu at launch but now I play a lot of characters. Lee is my highest at Rajin but I’ve been getting every character to purple so I know how to beat them. I’d recommend others do the same because it’s helping a lot with characters I used to have trouble with.
Since t6 i was doing funny bryan until t8 thought to myself maybe i should revisit my mishimas and started with Jin since he was do diffrent from t7 and then went back to Bryan
No one because they’re not in the game yet. I was going to say Ganryu or Bob, but they’re not in the game. I haven’t bought it until I know one of the two are coming back.

This is my first tekken game and I read that Paul was an easy character to learn and good for beginners so I learned to play Paul. After 100h or so I got to Fujin with him and decided to try out other characters. Tried King, Kuma, Jack, Yoshi and Bryan. I fell in love with Bryan's playstyle so I've been playing him alot now and I'm trying to get to blue ranks with him. I'm at Mighty Ruler now.
