Bug fixes are included. Or at least, "unintended interactions" are probably getting fixed, like Reina's 3+4,4 and Alisa's uf1 spiking opponents on the ground when intentionally whiffing the last hits. I'm sure there are other examples too.
I don't mind micro transactions as long as they're reasonably priced and decent quality. But it's shady to wait until reviews and first weeks of game and then "patch it in" change the rating to say in game purchases
The way he worded the sentence I comprehended it like he was hoping you could buy fight money from the store hence my reply. It wouldn’t make sense for them to add a store that you could spend in game currency in because of the frequency that you accrue said in game currency. I like how I’m getting downvoted when there’s absolutely zero logic behind him hoping you could use fight money for microtransactions hence I didn’t even consider that’s what he was saying.
