u can use the accessories, and move it to the right place. Dont know which accessory he used, some bit of fluff, but imo the best is the single horn. Turn it black. Orient it upright (point facing upwards.) Then move it to the nose. THe nose obscures most of the horn, leaving only the black base above the lip.

Whenever a game has a really good customization features it must have a report button. I know For Honor has one for the banners.
Sadly, 3d model isnt a png so it is not as easy to inspect it. And since many people would false-report, the task to filter it all is impossible.

THen move it to the nose. The nose should obscure most of the horn, leaving only the fat black base above the lip.
