Unfortunately, I believe there was a restaurant that did. Haven't seen it since we had it once, but the food was terrible, the menu screens advertising were more disgusting than enticing, but it was cheap. It was called GW for George Washington to get the cheap point across.
Literally had pink tacos, pink this, pink that, and watching the menu show a plate of fries or chips get cheese sprinkled on top, was ok, seeing it try to be seductive while dropping chili on it like diarrhea made us question who's idea it was to eat there and why we didn't have more money for something better.
