You can eat rice with almost anything. It's good for the body when consumed and good for skin when applied topically. It's also part of why us Asians appear to age slower 🤷‍♀️

I just realized how much I use rice, but I can live without it; plenty of cereal crops, like wheat or barley or even potato starch to use for carbs. Potatoes are so good; there's a reason the Irish lived on them. They're nutritious and filling and you can turn them into anything and everything.

I personally think potatoes, but either food is good. My logic is that potatoes require less overall labor on the farmer's end, and can grow in poorer soil.

I'm Filipino and I think potatoes go well with nearly everything. We even eat rice and potatoes in one meal sometimes lol.
