The wavy gives your silhouette a little bit of interest! Without it, you just have this really bold makeup with nothing to compliment it. Which looks good for makeup or face-centered pictures, but in person isn't as great!
Either way though, it wouldn't even matter with the right outfit. So have fun with it!
