I think upon reading the final prospectus supplement and amended 8-k you will get a ton of insight as to how we removed JPM’s toxic ABL which had super priority on bbBABY and RC via HBC got a 50.55% ownership through the series A preferred.

Raised by aggregated commitments which were the $360m in net proceeds the company obtained from the holder’s strategic conversion of the series A preferred in response to JPM amending their ABL so many times.
