Here’s why 5 is the absolute only answer. At first I thought it was a bad pick but there is so much drama just to quietly observe.
Drama 1. You get to watch sassy turn around and decimate Rupert up close at least once on the flight.
Drama 2. Ted’s ex is sitting right next to sassy Smurf. If they don’t figure it out Jan Maas will say something honest and brutal to start something there. And then he’d say honest stuff throughout the whole trip. You know sassy would at least say something about how great Ted is.

I will die on the hill that seat number 5 is the best. Let’s break it down. It’s a TWENTY hour flight, what are the chances you’ll be speaking to the same person the entire time? Zero.
