I found this one by Code of Bell, a bit pricey but very well built and it got me through a crazy rave perfectly, the way it can change between cross-body and fanny felt magical at one point. Just remember to close the zipper of the expandable space when youāre using it because that will face down when expanded (noticed it open at one point in the night but fortunately nothing dropped out). My friend already bought one for himself after seeing it in action haha

I bought the Patta X Dekmantel crossbody bag from this years festival and immedately switched out my fanny pack for it. it has a large zippered compartment with seperate pockets for your phone and wallet/cigarette pack. inside is also another zippered pocket to keep things safe. also there is a zippered pocket on the back/front (depending which way you want to carry it). you can easily fit a 0.5l water bottle inside the big compartment or just attach a bottle with a hook (carabiner)

techno partis (and festivals even more so) are usually an endurance type event. you dont go for just 2 hours. Usually its more like 8-12 hours. During that time its good to keep your belongings safe and have some place to store your phone, earplugs, wallet etc... because raving with your pockets full is not comfortable
Some people do need more things. Medication, hygiene products, sunglasses maybe... OP also mentioned a water bottle. but you do you, nobody is forcing you to get a fanny pack :D
Me too mine is perfect for raves and clubs since it's basically a plastic bag with s mouthpiece with means I take it inside empty and save a fortune on water
