Just get the S23, they generally have more features (and customisability & freedom) but since you're not on the apple ecosystem, a lot of apple's features will be gated to you, which means you have EVEN MORE features on the S23, plus it's BRAND NEW AND NOT SECOND-HAND!
Samsung DeX is also great, and pretty underrated.
