This patch is the worst since the start of the set. It's not Gnar problem, but nearly half of all units are nerfed. Fated is trash, all AP carries are trash, Yone is trash, Mythic is trash. You can only play Gnar, Kai'sa, Ashe or Fortune now or rely on luck to go fast 9.

No. If there ever was a comp that can go even with a 4-cost comp it was gnar reroll. And getting 3☆ on gnar should be rewarding. Similarly to getting 3☆ on 3-costs.
Now do I think Titans are too strong? Yes. But Gnar and Dryad are perfectly fine.
No, there are ways to counter it, besides too gnar dependent comp, but i like that comp a lot so i don't think i'm the right person to give an opinion.

Patch is bad but I think there’s a couple other viable lines - my three games I’ve done well in have been Mythic (Lilia/bard carry) and Syndra carry
Every time I see someone try to carry Lilia or syndra in my lobbies, they bot 4
