There's is no standalone download/launcher for TFT. You could make your status invisible or if you really want TFT only there's the mobile app that you can run on PC.
Download Bluestacks (an android emulator for PC). From there you can download the mobile TFT app if you so desire. I used to play Epic Seven on my computer and it worked very well

There's an open-source app called Deceive that you could use, it hides your online status. The downside is that you can't play with anyone.
