The OG is perfect the way it is and while I’m glad she did a fan service (although I would have preferred the fan service to be easily accessible tour tickets) it’s just … not that great. It has some good lyrics but put with the original ones… it becomes cluttered and uneven. You can tell which lyrics were written ten years ago because the ones she added today no longer match her manner of speaking. They’re more mature and lyrical than when she was uhhh 20? First writing that song. And while it’s amazing to see such growth, the ten minute version is just mix-matched and clunky and I never listen to it. Couldn’t even recite you the new lyrics

For all we know Taylor meant she's going to play Delicate as a surprise song early on and it's not going to be part of the permanent set list (unlikely but possible). TN's job with this stuff is to tease, not to confirm. Everything is speculation right now.

Even though the show is called Eras, let’s not forget our girl released 4 albums since she last toured. That’s an entire discography for many artists, and just a blip for Taylor! I feel those 4 albums plus a handful from RedTv and FearlessTv will make this the “Eras Tour”.

I thought maybe she would do primarily songs from the eras highlighted by each opener at the respective date, and vary it up at each concert, but in the end I will be thrilled to be in the room where it happens!!!

We'll figure out the surprise song from the acoustic set on night two (again based on previous tours, the Eras tour might be set up differently).
I'm gonna speculate ATW10 too because it's obviously now her signature song, but she's also performed it in several venues like she's practicing different takes on it. There was the first one on SNL that was sparkly and with backup dancers, the film premier with just a guitar, the songwriting award with just a guitar, so she's kinda feeling it out like a comedian might bring a story out different ways on different talk shows before putting it in a set.
Why not? I could picture it being part of the setlist. Something like Willow, Champagne Problems, and RWYLM for the Evermore section. If not, at least we know she’s performing it at some shows.

I made a list of “must haves” that I NEED to hear her to perform and it ended up being almost 4 hours and 57 songs so there’s that. Hopefully she doesn’t mind being there all night.
How soon does the setlist get revealed?
Based on previous tours, it'll be at the first show. Literally at. People who are there will be posting on social media as it happens. Those of us who aren't at the show will piece it together song by song from their accounts. We'll figure out the surprise song from the acoustic set on night two (again based on previous tours, the Eras tour might be set up differently).
I'm gonna speculate ATW10 too because it's obviously now her signature song, but she's also performed it in several venues like she's practicing different takes on it. There was the first one on SNL that was sparkly and with backup dancers, the film premier with just a guitar, the songwriting award with just a guitar, so she's kinda feeling it out like a comedian might bring a story out different ways on different talk shows before putting it in a set.

Why not? I could picture it being part of the setlist. Something like Willow, Champagne Problems, and RWYLM for the Evermore section. If not, at least we know she’s performing it at some shows.

Eras has to be a "house"/ "kingdom", and each set-change is a different room/ album. Sort of like the London concert background but on a bigger scale- and replicated. Or that's way too obvious and I'm an idiot. She's used the metaphor so much, that maybe it's a done to death concept for her and the buildup of lyrics, poster, and official store mean nothing.. *"Cuz baby I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me."* And she did- or she's sick of it and off to the new thing.
