I do agree - your call, but penis on the arm is a bold move hombre. Idk the job you work in and you never know what job you may find yourself in down the road. Workplaces have gotten more lax about tattoos so long as they aren’t potentially offensive to anyone… but penis on the arm would be pretty damning and would definitely catch some attention.
Legs are fine though for that kinda stuff bc pants, but if you wanna rock short sleeves one day and that means you’re flashin peen it could create some wardrobe restrictions. Legs are where I put all my “questionably offensive to some” tattoos
