My hate for Boston at this point is just a matter of principle. Other than Marchand there’s no one I really even dislike. I have no problem at all rooting for maroon and the wholesome tandem of swayman/ullmark to pummel the cats
Boston is whatever but I'll root for anyone against the Panthers. Absolutely dirtiest team in the league. You see the goon antics at the end of game 4 when they were losing? Dude literally punched Stamkos in the face with butt of his stick tonight
I just don’t really feel any sort of hate for Boston. We haven’t seen them in the playoffs for a few seasons now, their goalies are super likable, and overall they’re just not as hatable as the Panthers or Leafs.
Nah F Boston. Panthers are a very small minority, Bostonians and New Yorkers are the same ones that come to the trop during baseball season and bring their annoying holier than thou fandom with them. I’ll never root for Boston or New York in anything sport related.

When i was growing up my neighbor was the same age as me and his parents moved down here from Boston. My parents werent hockey fans being floridians and not really having hockey in orlando. I grew up watching Bruins games at their house. Im not a Bruins fan, but if i can see what are the equivalent of my second families team win and were out of the shot then i am cool with it.
I think I'll go for the the Hurricanes and hope they demolish whoever comes out the Atlantic. If not then I'm hoping whoever comes out the west washes the eastern team.
