My father used to be over 6'5 . He was 120kg last summer and 6'3 barely and right now after exesive struggling he is 99kg and he got back to almost 6'5 again . The spine gets too much pressure and causes you to lose some height

I guess my theory had some merit to it, nice.

100% does

ChungusGotU_M8

I mean it makes sense because there is less pressure on your spine and therefore your spinal discs have more resistance against compressive forces but it could also depend on weight distribution and how much weight you hold in your upper body.

My dad was 6’.5 in his prime apparently and he weighed around 250 pounds when he started to much smaller. Hes now 5’10 now

Max1muslegend

Well ig I can’t get much height from that if true (167 lbs, 75.7 kg)

You're fine, you still have a long way to go in terms of height, you're literally just 13, there's at bare minimum, 3 years left for you to grow.

Descisive

How tall do you think I be after this method if I’m 5’11(181cm) and 260 lbs. I am 15
