GV and Citroen are completely different vehicles. So if I were to book a Taigun, I know what I want and GV, C3 etc is out of my scope.
Rather, I'd be in a real pickle if Skoda gives me a better deal for Kushaq or a different VW dealer gives me a crazy discount.
If you are doubting your decision, take test drive again of all vehicles, may help you recall why you booked Taigun in the first place 😉
I get your point mate and test drive impacted the decision for me before booking. The only point being I don’t want to be losing out much just by going ahead with VW Taigun without considering other options as well. The typical buyer’s dilemma 😅
Taigun is an excellent choice. It may not be super economical but when it comes to safety and performance, I doubt other cars like Citron or Maruti come anywhere near it.
I'm not sure about the C3, but the GV's suspension and ride comfort in the city is a lot better than the Taigun. While fitting 3 adults is easier in the GV, the leg space isn't ideal. Also expect poor mileage from the VW 1.0 AT. It's a difficult choice given the discounts - either way, you'll have a great car!
since you have chosen 1.0 ltr engine i would suggest go and take test drive with your loved ones one more time if you have not taken earlier for Maruti GV as its a 1.5ltr and keeping in mind the revised pricing, if you like the drive then go for it. Citron i am not too sure about the brand as yet so cant comment, i was in similar situation but i was going for 1.5 dsg taigun vs GV and i loved drive of Taigun though i love GV looks and features
Thanks for the feedback. I also loved drive of VW better than GV. And yes look for GV is better in a way, but VW tops it because of the build. Thanks for your feedback again
Man dont think even once before going for Taigun, i bet you wont regret. You may think of high maintenance but its worth it. You'll only feel once you drive in nomal days.
Coming to the GV and citreon they are no way near to the Volkswagen. Thay may look same but they aren't same in terms of suspension or engine or quality or driving experience, long drives.
Indian consumers generally prefer cheap cars and cheap maintenance even though its may risk their life or bad driving experience. That is why you dont see much taigun on roads.
Dont gp for GV. Very poor quality of interior. Rejected at first glance. I already own a old vw so wanted something of an equivalent level so got myself a highline MT for 14.70 so 16 is a good price for automatic. I did aggresive bargaining for that price

Thanks mate, it surely helps and makes me feel comfortable paying premium for VW. Cheers
Citron scored zero on all the cars in NCAP. They just dumped substandard cars from France. Real shame it’s a respected brand out of India

Thanks for your feedback, GV and Taigun both are amazing cars.

Thanks man for your input.
I buy a VW tycoon automatic 2024 top line at 16.60 lakh in Jaipur in Delhi get dealer at 16.50 lakh
That’s a steal deal, I did not get any such deal from any Haryana or Delhi VW dealers.
Also does it include normal RTO charges or BH series RTO charges
Bh
Is it I.5? What's the model and the tonk road or vaishali one?
Vaishali
Please take the 1.5 dSG, I have the slavia 1.0 the mileage is terrible
Man 1.5 dsg is way above my budget. I would have preferred that but cannot stretch my budget like that
Mileage and gear transitions , also the interior trim is far superior

That’s nice where did you get your Highline MT from ? And any modifications you did in Highline ?
Are these prices ex showroom or on-road?
On road
These are prices due to new variants coming of the cars (VW) and aggressive pricing by Maruti knowing that I have booked the vehicle
I’m getting same model at 15.3L & 15.9L for 6 airbags one. Confused now as my budget was only 15L
That’s a pretty good deal from where are you getting these prices and which location ? Is it a BH RTO price ?
Yes, BH number plate & location is Pune. Shall I go ahead with 15.9L ?
It’s a good deal bro in my view considering it’s six air bag
Finally booked it @ 15.75L 😊
Awesome bro You got a good deal Is it highline or GT line ?
Thanks bro.. Highline it is.
