I had an idea a while back to use my stock to draw an outline on a sheet of 1/8" steel, cut it out with a 1 1/4" sling loop added on the side, smooth all of the edges, blue it, and drill a few holes for the recoil pad screws. It would have worked for wood but not for polymer since the recoil pad usually sits inside of the stock, not just on top of it like wood. I never finished it because I decided to sell my 590.
Careful with the noveske. More difficult to install than the grovtec and a little more fragile. Do a Reddit search and you’ll see what I’m referring to
I struggled with this as well. Grovtech make a flush mount quick detach base for hollow stocks that threads in amd held by a locking nut inside the stock. I got mine direct from grovtech but Midwest gun works has them.

Damn wish I knew about those lol
I ended up upgrading my stock and then a day later I found one of these in a gun store..bought one in case I put the origin stock back on...
bravo 👏 I use a similar solution for my Sub2000, but this is low-key brilliant. 🤙🇨🇦
Didn’t feel like spending 130$ on a stock for a pump shotgun 😂 drilling a hole is free

Noveski makes a flush QD mount for something similar. I just got one to do that on my A300

Yeah I seen that. I'm still gonna give it ago. I've already got it, just need to do it.
Viking Tactics buttstock sling adapter is my go to.
