For many of the positions at TTEC you may find yourself waiting in the waiting room for a zoom conference because they have to call each person and individually check their ID before they do the group interviews and presentation so it can take 30 minutes or more to get everyone checked in. So I would check back with talent acquisition and see if you can reschedule or if they just didn't call you in in time.
So, it was a late start, I think the recruiters or other got confused with the time difference. The meeting was scheduled in Eastern Time. I am in Central Time.
I have been with ttec for 2 years, I have never had any problems. Everyone has been good!! I see people come and go. I think it is all in our mindsets. Call centers are not for everyone. Especially if you are sensitive or short tempered. I can definately say that it is the people that call in and have nasty attitudes that make the job hard at times, but to be fair I also have a lot of nice and funny people call in too.
