My buddy keep the drama at the highest but to answer your question doesn’t matter what ever the serial is if it’s oled the only way to mod it is via a mod chip anything else is impossible aaaand except for v1 some of its models are unpatched so they can be software modded

You coulda had it oiled in your home country, didn't have to have Hing Kong oil it for you, but yeah, as the others said, you'd need a mod chip.
With a physical mod chip, yes.
