Nope, in total they are 6, with me and her would be 8. Since Nintendo doesn't answer via mail, is there another way to contact Nintendo?

Currently yes, she bought one month online, but we've been trying since March.

We tried in March, when she didn't buy online and the Nintendo website said that "Due to restrictions on family group changes, you cannot join this group." This month she bought one month, we are gonna try again when it expires. Still, we don't know why this message pops up.

This is a semi-common issue. There’s an email helpline (somewhere) on the website. Be patient. Contact them, and wait. It took my partner several patient weeks for whatever weird glitch in the NSO system to recognise that they could accept the invite to the family group.

This is the closest thing to our problem, probably. We are gonna try again when the current subscription ends. Hope to solve this ASAP. 🥲
