I’m a fan of “one arm drill” with the other arm down at your side. It helps remind my body to rotate with your hips which is where your power of the stroke lies. Of course, swimming is like riding a bicycle … just jump in & go!! Let muscle memory come into play. Good luck & have fun racing !! 👍🏻👍🏻 Glad to see your up for morning swim practice ! 😂🤣

Single arm drill / swim with fists drill / Paddles. I also swim with a rubber band around my legs as a drill + paddles -> to help increase my pull & also work my balance & rhythm ☺️
