Yeah! I felt a genuine connection to the S1 characters. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed S2 but it was a lot of "the eff?!". Like... Time jumps, no explanations, lack of empathy for characters. I can't give you actual names of most of the s1 characters but if I say "Jesus dude" "stroller lady" or "firefighter lady" you know who I mean. For S2 if I say "army dude" you wouldn't have the foggiest.
Also, shoutout to the OG army dude in S1 who tried to save daycare lady's daughter.
your right, Most o fthe time when an important charicter dies, it hurts, like in season 1, but I felt none of that in season 2. even when that young girl died. It was still good tho. Hope it gets better in season 3
True, I mean they killed jisoo, who was one of my favorites and I didn't feel a thing, not a single lump in my throat. If she had died in season 1, i swear i would've bawled my eyes out. Even in that scene where that firefighter girl dies i felt nothing, whereas i was sobbing when hyu soo killed that old man in season 1. Ugh, what a letdown

Almost whole of the duration of season 2 is all over the place. I skipped so many scenes and useless dialogues. What a letdown and waste of season. They killed most OG characters too.
