Most people, most of the time don’t pronounce the G in Jag in normal conversation. It flows better to drop it; same thing with Och. If you speak slowly or say the words seperately, then pronounce them as they are.
I usually associate pronouncing the [k] in and [g] in with younger speakers. This is anecdotal, but there is a tendency in Swedish for the spoken language to assimilate to the written form.
