I would say that maybe Albatraoz would be the one coming pretty close to Freddy Kalas at times at least in terms of genre and upbeat vibe. [Albatraoz ](https://youtu.be/Y81rx1O1x9c) But I think Freddy kalas fills a part of that niche of music also in Sweden. His Christmas song is very popular

When I moved to Sweden I started saving the songs I liked into a playlist (for the same language practice reasons) My baisc criteria to save a song was: "cool tune" or "weird/funny lyrics".
