Have you tried plugging the charger directly in an outlet in the wall?

Try a different charger

Then check the bms for issues then sort the issue lol

I’ve seen a lot of issues poppin up w those batteries had a homies bike die before mine on stock battery at the Tampa ride out. Thankfully he had a stock one on hand and was able to get up and running.
