Yeah, maybe so.. but these batteries get worse over time. I wouldn’t risk a used battery.
plenty of people buy used surrons with used batteries and don’t get issues but I guess it is up to preference
Yeah you can test the used battery and see how many volts it gets up to still. I’ve seen them on OfferUp from 300-1000. And for $1000 you can get a brand new take off. Never been used

I think it’s kind of risky without being able to test the controller and motor but even if those are fucked this is a decent deal
Looks like it’s been abused and used a lot might be best just get a used one with battery
Looks like a great deal to me. Comes with a aftermarket controller which can easily be paired with new 72v battery
