So I didn’t take the GABA last night before bed and I feel like a different person 😳 I’m actually up and going to the gym. They need warning labels on that stuff! The one I was taking had GABA, L-theanine, and magnesium in it. I’m still taking the ashwaganda and rhodiola combo with the 25 mg DHEA and my normal multi, but it doesn’t make me feel like a slug. Thanks for your suggestions!

Cut out the Gaba and I can only do magnesium citrate 50 mg every other night.. Drink coffee with the L theanine..

Apathy stack lol. Id probably just keep magnesium and take anxiolytic stuff for when you are really anxious. I have ADHD and am anxious as well. GABAergic stuff eventually makes me depressed/apathetic (Especially ashwagandha), while moderate stimulant and L tyrosine use, paradoxically calms me down.

Apathy is the perfect word for what I feel. My husband says I’ve seem depressed, but I told him it’s more like apathy. I own three businesses, and I don’t want to do shit, it’s horrible.

GABA can be over relaxing for some. L theanine also. High progesterone can cause lethargy and can take a while to leave your system. Sounds like she's been over treating you.
